Module 1 – Unit 1

This course will be laid out in 9 modules. Each module will contain at least 1 unit; in some cases 2 units.

We will utilize the latest drip technology so that the modules are delivered to you automatically every 2 days. This allows you at least 2 days to complete the reading, watch the video and listen to the audio and start the implementation tools, for each module. SO, with a new module every 2 days, beginning with module 2, you should be done with the entire course in about 16 days.

Each unit will begin with clearly stating the learning objectives and the implementation objectives for the unit. The learning objective tells you, what you will learn from the unit, and the implementation objective will tell you what practical tool or team building strategy you will create in this unit. For example in module two, Unit 1, you will create and implement a "Team Challenge Statement".

Then the rest of the unit will include a video lecture, reading content and an implementation tool to help you build or empower your team. The reading content will also be available in audio so you can listen while you read or simply listen!

Each module is created with the busy professional in mind. So each module should take no more than 60 minutes to complete watching the video, listening to the audio or complete the reading content, and begin the implementation tool.

An implementation tool is important to make sure you get the most out of this course. For example, in module 2 Unit 1 the implementation tool; would be to write a "Team Challenge Statement". Sometimes these implementation tools include working with your team, so you may not be done within 2 days - before the next module. However it is important that you at least begin the implementation tool. You should plan to complete the tools by the time the entire course (all 9 modules) are done.

Now, Let’s talk about quizzes and Virtual Q and A.

Each unit will have a quiz. Don’t panic, quizzes will be open page, and there is no time limit on the quiz so if you need to review the video or the readings to get the right answer, you can do so.

You will need a 70% score or better to pass each quiz.

Virtual Q and A is a really great feature to our courses. At any time, while watching the video or reading or listening to the content, you can send a question or comment to the instructor. The instructor will typically respond in 24 hours or sooner. Use the Virtual Q and A at end of each unit.

In some units you can post questions and comments to the course forum. The course forum is where other participants get together to share ideas, questions and best practices. Forums are a great place to find out what other leaders are doing to build their teams.

Next let us talk about some course upgrades.

Many of the leaders and managers who take this course upgrade to either; the virtual group training or, upgrade to Personalized 1 on 1 Coaching.

Virtual Group Training is where you can get your entire team to benefit from this course content. The way this works is we will open up a virtual workgroup exclusively for you and your team members. In this workgroup I will provide some personalized features such as video responses to questions. Plus you get to actually work on team building with your team in the workgroup.

Each team member enrolls in the course individually. Many organizations will cover the cost for their employees. The company gets a huge discount for group rates based on the size of your group.

The modules will be rolled out on the same schedule, but the huge difference is that in addition to the Virtual Q and A,  I will provide 2 virtual trainings (like a webinar ) during the course. Each session will be interactive, and the focus would be on how to implement the team building principles from the course, into your workplace with your team.

From these sessions we will develop a preliminary action plan that you and your team can use to implement strong sustainable team building.

In some cases we are open to coming to your location for a more intensive hands on group session.

Next upgrade is 1 on 1 coaching. When you upgrade to 1 on 1 coaching, in addition to the course & the Q and A, you will get 1 hour per week on a video Zoom call to address issues specific to your team building challenges. The additional fee beyond the enrollment fee is $1,000 which covers the two sessions

This 1 on 1 is great for leaders who want to become a premier team builder. These weekly conferences can continue for as long as you decide. But to be efficient and cost effective for you, we will set targeted outcomes and timelines for the 1 on 1 coaching when we do our first session. In the first session, you and your coach instructor will create the plan for future sessions and what the SMART goals are for the 1 on 1 coaching.  The investment for 1 on 1 coaching is $500 per session, and big discounts are available depending on how many sessions you enroll for.
