Before you dive into the modules and units in this training program let me give you a quick orientation on how to navigate through the content and get the maximum benefit from this training program.

First, there are 3 modules, and each module has 1 or more units.

The 3 modules are, Module 1, the interactive eBook, The 3 Demands of Leadership. In this module there are 10 units. Each unit represents a chapter of the book. So Unit 1 is chapter 1, unit 2 is chapter 2 and so on.

In addition to the reading text, each chapter will have audio capabilities so you can listen to the chapter like an audio book. In some chapters the audio is narrated by the author or his assistant.

But every chapter can be listened to by highlighting the text you want to listen to and then right click and you will see the Read Aloud menu. Just click it and the computer audio will begin. Be sure you have the Chrome extension installed on your computer if you are using Google Chrome.

Every chapter begins with a “Key Points in this Chapter” section. Just like it says, this will give you an overview of the key points in this chapter. And at the end of each chapter I will summarize again the key points and give you 1 implementation takeaway that you can implement right away as you lead and manage your team or projects.

At the end of each chapter you can use the comment box to communicate with Dr. Murray and ask him questions on that chapter or leave your comments. He will respond generally within 24 hours.

Some chapters also give you a link to the Leader Manager Mastermind Community where you can share your comments or questions from this chapter, with other leader managers in the mastermind community. This is almost like a book club where people reading the same book can exchange ideas and comments on the book, in real time.

SO that’s Module 1 and the units of module 1.

Now Module 2 is where we cover the key concepts and strategies of Self leadership. There is only 1 unit in this module. This unit includes a narrated slide presentation on self-leadership.

Module 3 is the PVAA – Personal Values Alignment Assessment. This assessment helps you identify your personal values and dhow they align with your team values. There is only 1 unit here also, but you have the option of upgrading to Unit 2 which includes a Corporate Team Values Alignment Assessment.

So there it is. Remember one of the best ways to maximize the benefits of this training program is by accessing the community. Because in the community you will be able to share with other leaders and managers, also you will find additional resources and guides that expand on many of the key concepts Dr. Murray teaches in this training program.

Another important feature is interaction with the instructor/coach. There are 3 ways to do this. Though the community Q&As and direct messaging to Dr. Murray. And you can also reach him through the course units in the comment section.

So go ahead and jump into the Module 1 and start implementing these leadership tools right away.
